چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل اهمیت ـ عملکرد عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم تماشای یک مسابقۀ فوتبال بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن را تماشاگران مسابقۀ فوتبال تیم‌های سپاهان و سایپا تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها 384 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در‌دسترس ‌به‌عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش ‌انتخاب شدند. جهت انجام پژوهش، عوامل مؤثر بر حضور تماشاگران در ورزشگاه‌ها با بررسی دقیق ادبیات و پیشینۀ پژوهش شناسایی شده و جهت طراحی پرسش‌نامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسش‌نامه توسط‌ 10 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران بررسی گردید و ضریب پایایی آن توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ معادل (94/0) محاسبه گشت. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و ‌استنباطی انجام گرفت. نتایج ‌‌نشان می‌دهد که از میان 32 عامل اثرگذار بر تصمیم‌گیری درمورد تماشای یک مسابقۀ فوتبال، سه عامل در ناحیۀ اولویت کم، 22 عامل در ناحیۀ تمرکز بر آن و هفت عامل در ناحیۀ حفظ عملکرد قرار گرفته‌اند. شایان‌ذکر است عواملی که در ناحیۀ اولویت کم قرار گرفته‌اند برای عملکرد سیستم، تهدید‌کننده نبوده و نیازمند به اصلاح فوری نمی‌باشند؛ عوامل موجود در ناحیۀ تمرکز بر آن نیازمند به اقدام اصلاحی فوری بوده و از این منظر‌ در اولویت بالایی قرار دارند؛‌ عوامل جای گرفته در ناحیۀ حفظ عملکرد نیز نه‌تنها از نظر تماشاگران مهم می‌باشند، بلکه از عملکرد آن‌ها رضایت حاصل شده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of present research was importance – performance analysis of effective factors on the decision to watch a football match. The research method was descriptive in type of analytical. The statistical population of this study was spectators of match between Sepahan and Saipa teams that that 384 person were selected by available sampling as research sample. The effective factors on the attendance of spectators in stadiums with exact review of research literature were recognized and used for research questionnaire design. The validity of questionnaire was investigated by 10 professors and experts and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.94 was calculated. The data analysis was done with descriptive and inferential statistics method. The research results showed of 32 factors affecting the decision to watch a football match 3 factors on the lower priority area, 22 factors on concentrate here area and 7 factors in the keep up the good work was maintained. The factors that have been a priority area for the operation of the system are not threatening and do not require immediate correction. Factors stayed on concentrate here area that such factors requires immediate corrective action and in this respect are a high priority. Finally, the factors stayed on keep up the good work area of spectator’s point not only important but also satisfied with their performance.
