چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ مدل اثر تفویض اختیار مدیران بر توانمند سازی و ارتقای اثربخشی سرمایۀ انسانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی بوده و به روش هم‌بستگی انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری ‌پژوهش را کلیۀمدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی استان اصفهان به تعداد ۴۵۰ نفر تشکیل دادند. بر‌اساس فرمول کوهن (2000)، حجم نمونه معادل 207 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای از بین جامعۀ آماری انتخاب گردید. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌های اصول تفویض اختیار مؤثر جامعۀ صنعتی (۱۹۹۶)، توانمند سازی کارکنان اسپریتزر (۱۹۹۵) و اثربخشی سازمانی هسو (۲۰۰۲) با پایایی (96/0, 84/0, 86/0=α) استفاده شد و روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسش‌نامه مورد‌تأیید متخصصان قرار گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه‌و‌‌تحلیل داده‌ها نیز آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. تحلیل مسیر ارائۀ الگوی رابطه بین تفویض اختیار با توانمند سازی و ارتقای اثربخشی سرمایۀ انسانی سازمان‌های ورزشی حاکی از مناسب‌بودن مدل است. بر‌اساس مدل رگرسیونی، ارتباط بین تفویض اختیار و مؤلفه‌های مؤثر‌بودن، حق انتخاب و تصمیم‌گیری ونیز ارتباط بین توانمند سازی و مؤلفۀ تصمیم‌گیری معنادار می‌باشد.به‌طور‌کلی، می‌توان عنوان نمود که مدیران ارشد سازمان‌های ورزشی با دادن حق انتخاب‌های به‌جا و فراهم‌سازی شرایط مناسب در فرصت‌های مختلف تصمیم‌گیری می‌توانند احساس مؤثر‌بودن و اعتماد‌به‌نفس را در کارکنان افزایش دهند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the effects of delegation management on human capital empowerment and effectiveness in sport organizations. The study was descriptive and correlational. The population of the study included all sport organization managers (n=450) of Isfahan province. According to Cohen's formula (2000) a sample of 207 people was selected randomly from the population. Inventories used for data collection were: principles of effective delegation Industrial Society (1996) (α=0.96), Spreitzer (1995) (α=0.84), and Hsu’s organizational effectiveness (2002) (α=0.86). The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics as well as structural equation modeling were used. Path analysis suggests that the model of the relationship between delegation and human capital empowerment and effectiveness is favorable in sports organizations. Also, according to the regression model, the relationship between delegation and effectiveness, choice, and decision-making components, as well as the relationship between empowerment and decision-making component were significant. In general, senior managers in sports organizations could improve the employees’ confidence and effectiveness through delegation and offering decision-making opportunities.
