چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده با تعهد سازمانی کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان­های غربی ایران می­باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان­های غربی ایران به تعداد 203 نفر تشکیل دادند که از میان آن­ها، با استفاده از جدول حجم و نمونۀ مورگان، 130 کارمند به­عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. به­منظور انجام پژوهش، به­ترتیب 34، 38، 29 و 29 پرسش­نامه ­به­صورت ­نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای بین کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان­های کرمانشاه، همدان، ایلام و کردستان توزیع گشت و سپس، جمع­آوری گردید.یافته­ها نشان می­دهد که حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده، رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری با تعهد سازمانی دارد. همچنین، ضریب هم­بستگی بین متغیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده با مؤلفه­های تعهد عاطفی، تعهد هنجاری و تعهد مستمر نیز مثبت و معنادار است. علاوه­بر­این، برمبنای نتایج مشخص می­شود که ­حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده، تأثیر معناداری بر متغیر تعهد سازمانی­ و مؤلفه­های تعهد عاطفی، تعهد هنجاری و تعهد مستمر دارد. به­طورکلی، یافته­ها حاکی از آن است که متغیر حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده، رابطه­ای مثبت و قوی با تعهد سازمانی و مؤلفه­های آن (به­جز مؤلفۀ تعهد مستمر) دارد و حمایت سازمانی ادراک­شده می­تواند به­عنوان یک متغیر تأثیرگذار بر تعهد سازمانی و مؤلفه­های آن در نظر گرفته شود

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research study was the relationship perceived organizational support with organizational commitment among staff of Sport and Youth Head Office of western provinces of Iran. General population of present study included all staff of Sport and Youth Head Office of western provinces of Iran (N=203). Based on the Morgan sample size criteria, the statistical sample considered equal to 130. We were collected 34, 38, 29 and 29 questionnaires among Kermanshah, Hamedan, Ilam and Kordestan staff of Sport and Youth Head Office respectively by stratified random sampling. Results showed a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment and also its subscales including Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment and Continuance Commitment. Also, results showed that perceived organizational support has been significant effect on organizational commitment and Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Continuance Commitment subscales. In conclusion, findings of this research showed that perceived organizational support variable has a significant relationship with organizational commitment among staff of Sport and Youth Head Office of western provinces of Iran and can be considered as effectiveness variable on organizational commitment and it subscales.
