رابطه بین خصوصی سازی و بهره وری سالن های ورزشی از دیدگاه مدیران و رؤسای هیأت های ورزشی

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق، رابطه خصوصی سازی و بهره وری سالن های ورزشی از دیدگاه مدیران و رؤسای هیأت های ورزشی استان مازندران بود. به این منظور، تعداد 242 نفر از مدیران و رؤسای هیأت های ورزشی استان مازندران، پرسشنامه های موانع خصوصی سازی در ورزش و بهره وری از اماکن ورزشی را بطور داوطلبانه تکمیل کردند. پرسشنامه موانع خصوصی سازی 4 محور (بهبود مدیریت و ارتقاء خدمت رسانی، رضایت مشتری، رضایت سرمایه گذاران (سود آوری) و تسهیلات مالی دولت به بخش خصوصی) (89/0=α) و پرسشنامه بهره وری از اماکن ورزشی 4 محور (کارایی، اثربخشی، کیفیت خدمات و رضایت مشتریان سالن های ورزشی) (88/0=α) را مورد ارزیابی قرار میدهند. داده های گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون پیرسون در سطح 05/0≥α با بکارگیری نرم افزار آماری 19SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد تمامی خرده مقیاس های بهره وری با خصوصی سازی رابطه معنی دار داشته (05/0≥p) و تنها بین خصوصی سازی و تسهیلات مالی دولت به بخش خصوصی در ورزش رابطه معنی داری وجود ندارد (124/0=p). یافته های کلی تحقیق نشان داد که بین خصوصی سازی و بهره وری از دیدگاه مدیران و رؤسای هیأت های ورزشی مازندران در استفاده از سالن های ورزشی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to Relationship between privatization and productivity gymnasium view directors and heads of delegations in Mazandaran province. To this end, 242 managers and heads of delegations, privatization barriers questionnaire voluntarily completed the exercise and enjoyment of the sport. 5-axis scale privatization barriers (to improve management and enhance service, employee satisfaction and teacher satisfaction, customer satisfaction, investment (profitability) and financial liabilities to the private sector) and scale efficiency of 4-Axis Sport (efficiency, effectiveness quality, service and customer satisfaction gyms) are evaluated. Data were examined using Pearson on (α≤0.05) analyzed using SPSS statistical software was used. The results showed that all subscales were significantly associated with privatization (p≤0.05), and the privatization of government fiscal incentives to the private sector in sport, there is a significant relationship (p=0.124). The overall findings of the study showed that between privatization and efficiency of the board of directors and heads of sports delegations Mazandaran in the gymnasium, there is a significant relationship.
