چکیده

فرایند استعدادیابی یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در ورزش‌های معاصر است. هدف از این مطالعه، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ابزار ارزیابی کیفیت در توسعه سیستم استعدادیابی ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل، مربیان، ورزشکاران، کارشناسان فدراسیون‌ها و هیئت‌ها و اساتید متخصص تربیت بدنی بود که در کل460 نفر به عنوان نمونه به پرسشنامه تحقیق پاسخ دادند. در این تحقیق پس از بررسی روایی محتوا، جهت تعیین روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافته‌های مربوط به تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی منجر به شناسایی شش عامل اهداف، منابع، فرصت‌ها، الزامات، فرایند و نتایج گردید. پایایی به دست آمده با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای مؤلفه‌های شش گانه بین 78/0 تا 85/0 بود که نشان دهنده پایایی مناسب ابزار است. شاخص‌های نسبت x2 به df (65/1) وGFI=0/92 CFI=0/96 ،NNFI=0/91 ،NFI=0/94 ،RMSEA=0/06 نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که الگوی شش عاملی سازه ارزیابی کیفیت در توسعه سیستم استعدادیابی ورزشی دارای برازش مناسبی بود. در نهایت می‌توان از پرسشنامه مذکور در بررسی‌های مربوط به کیفیت نظام ارزیابی سیستم استعدادیابی در فدراسیون‌ها و رشته‌های ورزشی استفاده کرد.

Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Quality Assessment of Sports Talent Development System Questionnaire.

چکیده [English]

Talent identification process was one of the most important issues in contemporary sports. The purpose of this research was to assess Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) of Quality Assessment of Sports Talent Development System Questionnaire (QASTDSQ). The research method was descriptive - survey and performed in practical way. Participants included all coaches, athletes, experts of sporting federations and commissions and physical education experts that 460 person finally completed questionnaire. After content validity, used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and CFA and Cronbakh alpha for reliability and validity of questionnaire. Result of CFA showed that six factor of questionnaire was a good factorial structure and reliability of questionnaire with Cronbakh alpha for six factors showed the range between 0.78 – 0.85. X2/df=1.65, RMSEA=0.06 indexes and NFI=0.94, NNFI=0.91, CFI=0.96, GFI=0.92, six factor structure of QASTDSQ has good fit. Ultimately, The questionnaire Can be used In the studies the quality of talent evaluation system In federations and sports.
