چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی و رتبه بندی موانع کسب مدال در رشته کشتی در استانهای ناموفق ایران از دیدگاه صاحب نظران این رشته بود. با استفاده از نمونه گیری هدفمند و دردسترس 110 نفر از جمله مدیران فدراسیون کشتی و هیئت های استانهای ناموفق در کسب مدال (25 نفر)، دانشگاهیان صاحب نظر (15 نفر)، مربیان درجه یک کشور (30 نفر) و کشتی گیران نخبه در سطح ملی (40 نفر) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق یک پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با 37 گویه و 8 مولفه بود که روایی صوری، محتوایی و سازه آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین، پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 بدست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون فریدمن و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) استفاده شد. کلیات محاسبات با نرم افزار اس. پی. اس. اس صورت گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد که موانع فرهنگی، جغرافیایی و رسانه ای، مسائل مالی، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی، زیرساختها، امکانات و تجهیزات، برگزاری مسابقات و اردوها، مسائل آموزشی و تکنولوژی، نیروی انسانی و کشف و پرورش استعداد به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین موانع کسب مدال در رشته کشتی در استانهای ناموفق ایران بودند. با عنایت به اهمیت این عوامل در توسعه رشته ورزشی کشتی به مسئولان ورزش کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود با تدارک برنامه‌های مناسب و حل مشکلات موجود، زمینه مدال آوری کشتی گیران این استان‌ها را در بازی‌های مهم المپیک فراهم آورند.

The purpose of this study was identifying and prioritizing of barriers of achievement medal in wrestling in Iran unsuccessful provinces based on perspective of experts of this field. Using purposive and incidental sampling 110 people such as managers of wrestling federation and provincial delegations (25 persons), academic experts (15 persons), Coaches of grade І (30 persons) and elite wrestlers in national level (40 persons) were selected as sample. The instrument used in this research was a self-made questionnaire included 37 questions and 8 subscales that its face, content and construct validity was approved. Also its reliability was measured 0.89 by Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Friedman test and exploratory factor analysis) was used for data analysis. All of statistical calculations were done through SPSS18 software. Results showed that cultural, geographic, and of media barriers, financial issues, management and planning, infrastructure, facilities, holding competitions and camps, training and technology issues, human resources and discovery and development of talent, respectively were most important barriers of achievement medal in wrestling in Iran unsuccessful provinces. With regarding to importance of these factors in wrestling development, it is recommended to the country sport responsibilities through providing appropriate programs and with resolving existing problems try to provide conditions for wrestlers of these provinces to get medals in important Olympic Games.
