چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه ارزیابی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد آﻣﻮزﺷـﻲ اﻋـﻀﺎی ﻫﻴـﺄت ﻋﻠﻤـﻲ داﻧـﺸﻜﺪه های تربیت بدنی خراسان بزرگ به روش بازخورد 360 درجه انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که به صورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری کلیه اساتید تمام وقت (20 نفر) و دانشجویان (200 نفر) دانشکده های تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های دولتی خراسان بزرگ بود. هر استاد توسط 10 دانشجو (نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای)، 3 همکار، 1 مافوق و همچنین خود استاد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل 4 پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها توسط 15 نفر از صاحب نظران مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (94/0، 76/0، 97/0 و 92/0) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده با استفاده از امار توصیفی و استنباطی (کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، کروسکال والیس، تحلیل واریانس یک راهه، t مستقل و دو جمله‌ای) صورت گرفت.
یافته ها نشان داد، عملکرد اساتید در هر سه بخش عملکرد رفتاری، ارتباطی و شغلی از دیدگاه 4 گروه ارزیاب، در سطح مطلوبی قرار داشت . نتایج، اختلاف معنی داری را بین گروه های ارزیاب نشان نداد . در مجموع پیشنهاد می‌شود، اساتید برای اینکه بتوانند بیشتر به نقاط ضعف و قوت خود پی ببرند بهتر است بیشتر به نظر ذینفعان توجه کنند و همچنین دقت و توجه بیشتری در راستای بهبود کمی و کیفی آموزش صورت گیرد.

360 Degrees Performance Evaluation of Physical Education Professors in Khorasan

This study aims to compare the evaluation of educational function of the faculty of
Khorasan physical education universities using the method of 360 degrees feedback. The present research is of descriptive-analytic kind. Statistical populations of the whole full-time professors are 20 and of students are 200 at the physical education colleges of the state universities of Khorasan. Each teacher is evaluated by 10 students (cluster random sampling), 3 co-worker, 1 supervisor, and also the teachers himself. Four questionnaires are the medium for gathering information, made by the researcher. The validity of the questionnaires is confirmed by a batch of experts and the reliability by means of Cronbach alpha (α= 0/92,0/97 ,0/76, 0/94) test. The analysis of data was carried out by the use of descriptive and deductive statistics of Kolmogorov smirnov, independent t-test and paired t-test, Kruskal Wallis ). The findings showed that the teachers’ function in each three sections of the behavioral, communication, and occupation functions were acceptable from the perspective of four evaluation groups. The results showed there is no significant difference between the perspectives of the evaluation groups . In considering the findings of this study suggest be the masters of their strengths and weaknesses in order to better understand the stakeholders who are more and more attention quantitative and qualitative improvement be training .
