چکیده

امروزه سازمان‌ها برای فائق آمدن بر مشکلات و تنگناهای خود نیازمند افرادی توانمند و دارای تفکر خلاق هستند. از این رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ابعاد توانمندسازی شناختی در عادات خلاقیت مربیان شهر اراک است. روش ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ- پیمایشی و بصورت میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مربیان هیات‌های ورزشی استان بود (485= N) که‌براساس جدول‌مورگان تعداد (214=n ) به‌عنوان نمونه‌تحقیق انتخاب‌شدند. ابزار گردآوری‌داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های توانمندسازی استاندارد اسپیریتزر(87‌/0= α) و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته عادات‌خلاقیت بود(9 /0= α). برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تحلیل واریانس فریدمن و t مستقل استفاده شد. اطلاعات حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی میان توانمندسازی شناختی و عادات خلاقیت مربیان 612/0 بود. بین ابعاد توانمندسازی شناختی مربیان تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت(873/96= 2χ، 05/0>P). احساس حق‌انتخاب، احساس شایستگی، احساس موثر بودن و احساس معنادار بودن، اولویت اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص دادند. در تعیین اولویت عادات‌خلاقیت مربیان با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن (354/51= 2χ، 05/0>P)، تحمل ابهام، گوش فرا دادن به ندای درون، استفاده از تفکر جانبی برای یافتن فرضیات به ترتیب در اولویت اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، چنانچه سازمان برنامه‌های توانمند‌سازی را به‌اجرا درآورده و بر مؤلفه‌های آن تاکید‌کند، می‌تواند امیدوار باشد که از مزایای‌خلاقیت افراد درکار بهره‌برداری‌نماید.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, Organizations need to empowerment and creative staffs for overcoming their problems. So, the aim of this study was to the role of cognitive empowerment dimensions on creativity habits among Arak coaches. The research method was descriptive which was done in a widespread way. The statistical population included sport coaches of province Markazi (N= 485) that the statistical sample were selected on the basis Morgan table (n= 214). A questionnaire was used for gathering the information which included two sections of Aspiritzr's standard questionnaire to measure dimensions of cognitive empowerment(α= 0/87) and a questionnaire to measure components of creativity habits (α= 0/90). Independent t-test, Friedman and Spearman correlation testes were used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the correlation between cognitive empowerment and creativity habits was r= 0/612. There was meaningful difference between coaches' cognitive empowerment dimensions (χ2 = 96/873, P >0/05). Sense of right of choice, sense of competence, sense of effectiveness and a sense of meaningful job were ranked respectively from the first to the fourth one. The priority of components of coaches' creativity habits was determined with using the Friedman test (χ2= 51/354, P >0/05) that tolerance for ambiguity, listening to the inner voice, using lateral thinking were ranked respectively from the first to the third one. So, if organizations perform cognitive empowerment and Emphasis to its dimensions, those could hope to utilize benefits of people creativity.
