چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to compare organization learning in the sport clubs of Isfahan based on ISO 9000. The research method is field-descriptive survey. The research population includes all employees of four Isfahan Sports Clubs - Sepahan, Zob Ahan (having ISO 9000 standard license) and Foolad Mahan, Giti Pasand (not having ISO 9000 standard license) - and the total number. Statistical sample included 159 people. Results showed that there is a significant difference between organizational learning in sports clubs with ISO 9000 and those without ISO 9000. Organizational learning in a sports club with ISO 9000 is more than sports clubs without it. The results indicate that the sport clubs with ISO 9000 pay more attention to issues of learning and supporting new and innovative thinking.
