چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطۀ بین ابعاد مدیریت مشارکتی با مقاومت در‌برابر تغییر در مسئولین تربیت‏بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان تهران است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، 376 مسئول بود که 190 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در سطح نشان داد که بین مشارکت در برنامه¬ریزی و هدف‏گذاری با مقاومت در برابر تغییر، بین مشارکت در تصمیم-گیری و حل¬مسئله و مقاومت در برابر تغییر بین مشارکت در کنترل و نظارت و مقاومت در برابر تغییر و بین مشارکت در اجرا و مقاومت در برابر تغییر در مسئولین تربیت‌بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان تهران، رابطه‌ای منفی و معکوس وجود دارد؛ بنابراین می¬توان گفت هرچه سبک مدیریت مشارکتی در تربیت¬بدنی آموزش و پرورش استان تهران بیشتر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، مقاومت مسئولین تربیت¬بدنی استان در برابر تغییر کاهش خواهد یافت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to define the relationship between the aspects of participative management and resistance to change among the executives of educational office of Tehran province. The entire population of study was 376 executives among which 190 were selected.The results at the level of revealed that there is a negative relationship between participation in planning and setting the goal and resistance to change, between participating in decision-making and problem solving and resistance to change, between participating in controlling and supervising and resistance to change and between participating in implementing and resistance to change. It is, therefore, claimed that by using more participative management methods in Tehran province, resistance to change will decrease among the physical education executives.
