چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تصمیم¬گیری اخلاقی مربیان ورزشی بر‌اساس پست و سابقۀ مربیگری آن‌ها است. روش این پژوهش‌، توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را مربیان ورزشی شاغل در استان‌های آذربایجان غربی و شرقی تشکیل می‌دادند. حجم نمونۀ پژوهش برابر با 206 نفر انتخاب گردید. تمامی افراد حاضر در پژوهش سابقۀ حضور در رویدادها و مسابقات ورزشی را داشته و به عناوین مختلف در کنار تیم‌ها مشغول فعالیت بودند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامۀ استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین پست مربیگری (مربی‌، سرمربی، مربی بدنساز و سایر‌) و تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی مربیان تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین، نتایج حاکی از وجود تفاوت معنادار بین سابقۀ مربیگری و تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی مربیان ورزشی بود. ورزش محیطی بسیار جذاب و همراه با چالش¬های فراوانی در حوزه¬های مختلف از جمله اخلاق و مسائل اخلاقی است. از این¬رو نیازمند تحقیقات بیشتر در حوزه اخلاق و ورزش می باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of present study is ethical decision-making based on position of coaching and coaching experience. The research method is descriptive and survey. The population of the study is coaches working in the East and West Azarbaijan. 206 cases were selected randomly. All the participants in this study had the experience of participating in sport events and competitions. Questionnaire was used to collect data. The Results showed that there was no statistical significant difference between the position of coaching (coach, head coach, fitness instructor and others) and ethical decision making. The results also showed that there was a significant difference between coaching experience and ethical decision.
