چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی امکان‌سنجی استقرار سیستم مدیریت کیفیت جامع در ادارات تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران پرداخته است. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و پیمایشی بود و تعداد 125 نفر از بین کارکنان ادارات تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران انتخاب شدند. یافته¬ها با بکارگیری نرم¬افزار آماری اس پی اس اس و آزمون تی ‌تک متغیره و آزمون فریدمن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که در هر شش متغیر تعهد مدیریت ارشد سازمان، مسئولیت‌پذیری و خدمت‌رسانی، آموزش کارکنان، مشارکت کارکنان، آمار و اطلاعات و عوامل فیزیکی و محسوس سازمان، تفاوت معناداری بین میانگین نمرات وجود دارد. همچنین مسئولیت‌پذیری، بالاترین و آموزش کارکنان، پایین‌ترین رتبه را در استقرار مدیریت کیفیت دارا بودند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سیستم مدیریت کیفیت جامع در همۀ متغیرهای شش‌گانه در اداره‌های تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران قابل‌اجرا و استقرار است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of   this study was to feasibility of implementing TQM in the physical education department has Mazandaran province. The research method was descriptive survey of 125 employees selected. Results were analyzed using SPSS statistical software, t-test and Friedman test univariate. The results showed that all six factors: senior management commitment, responsibility and service, employee training, employee participation, physical, tangible data significant is the average score. The highest responsibility and employee training in quality management had lower ranks. The findings suggest that a comprehensive quality management system in all six variables in the physical education department of the province and is enforceable.
