Abstract

In the qualitative section, using the purposeful sampling method and the theoretical saturation technique, 16 experts from the field of sports management were selected to identify the franchise development model in the country's sports industry, and interviews were conducted with them.. And in the quantitative part, descriptive-survey research methods were used. Statistics are studied by all managers of sports clubs and sports entrepreneurs. Considering the size of Cochran's sample, the number of 384 people was considered in uncertain conditions, and they were selected using the available sampling method. The tool used in the quantitative section, The researcher-made scale was based on the Benbad data theory network, the qualitative part was used to check the face validity from the point of view of ten sports management professors, and the carcass model was used for the content validity of the questionnaire questions (cvr=88) and the content validity Convergent validity, composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha were also confirmed it placed. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and structural equation model were used to check the fit of the research model. The results of the research in the qualitative part showed that the strategic factor of the model, according to the set of concepts extracted from the interviews and the final codes, the researcher named the subcategory creation of government policies and creation of financial concentration. And in terms of consequences, the results of the case include national pride; Semiotics is the experience and risk reduction of investment.
