Abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of future research of human resources in Iran's sports industry in the horizon of 1410. The method used in this research is scenario-based planning, which is designed and implemented in 6 steps. The method of data collection in this qualitative research is using interview, expert panel and Delphi survey. 20 experts with specialized knowledge or practical experience were purposefully selected as members of the research group. Also, Mikmak and Scenario Wizard software were used for data analysis. The findings of this study are presented in two parts. The first part includes identification and classification of key components, drivers and related uncertainties. Five technological, economic, legal, environmental, social and political drivers are determined in this section and the effectiveness and effectiveness relationships between the components are analyzed. In the second part, he identified and described possible and compatible scenarios based on relevant drivers and uncertainties. Considering the importance of human resources in the quantitative and qualitative development of human resources in the sports industry, the results of this research can lead to the field of empowerment and planning to improve the performance of human resources.
