چکیده

مقوله دیپلماسی که با قدمتی به بلندی تاریخ همواره بر دو عنصر اطلاعات و ارتباطات استوار بوده است، بیش از سایر حوزه های اجتماعی در معرض تاثیرپذیری از مشخصه های عصر ارتباطات است. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی توسعه دیپلماسی ورزشی دیجیتال در کشور بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف جزء تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا ترکیبی از تحقیق کیفی و کمی (آمیخته) بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش با توجه به نوع تحقیق در که در مورد دیپلماسی ورزشی است، شامل کلیه صاحب نظران و کارشناسان در حوزه دیپلماسی ورزشی و روابط بین الملل؛ اعضای هیات علمی مدیریت ورزشی در کشور؛ مسئولان روابط بین الملل فدراسیون ها بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد و رویکرد گلیزر و در بخش کمی برای تائید مدل مفهومی برخواسته از نظریه داده بنیاد از مدل-یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در مجموع 6 عامل برای توسعه دیپلماسی ورزشی دیجیتال در کشور وجود دارد که شامل "نیازسازی"، "ظرفیت‌سازی"، "ساختارسازی"، "برندسازی"، "برنامه‌ریزی" و "سیاست‌های توسعه‌ای" بود. همچنین نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش مدل تحقیق داد و تمامی مسیرها مثبت و معنادار بودند. در یک نتیجه گیری کلی باید اذعان داشتکه برای توسعه هرچه بیشتر دیپلماسی ورزشی دیجیتال، باید ساختارهای اجرایی در برنامه توسعه ابزار دیجیتال ایجاد و سیاست‌گذاری‌هایی شود در این زمینه، تا زمینه نیاز افراد به این شاخه از دیپلماسی ورزشی نیز جذب شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a model for the development of digital sports diplomacy in the country. This research was a component of applied research in terms of purpose and a combination of qualitative and quantitative (mixed) research in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of this study, according to the type of research in which it is about sports diplomacy, includes all experts in the field of sports diplomacy and international relations; Faculty members of sports management in the country; He was in charge of the international relations of the federations. Data analysis method in the qualitative part using the foundation data theory and Glaser approach and in the quantitative part to confirm the conceptual model arising from the foundation data theory of structural equation modeling using Smart PLS software شد. The findings showed that there are a total of 6 factors for the development of digital sports diplomacy in the country, including "needs building", "capacity building", "structuring", "branding", "planning" and "development policies". "ای". Also, the results of structural equation modeling indicated the fit of the research model and all paths were positive and significant. In a general conclusion, it should be acknowledged that in order to develop digital sports diplomacy as much as possible, executive structures should be created in the digital tools development program and policies should be made in this regard, to meet the needs of people in this branch of sports diplomacy.
