چکیده

ورزش به‌عنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان‌ها در پژوهش‌های زیادی بررسی و به اثرات مثبت آن تأکید شده است. فقر به معنای درآمد کم و سایر محرومیت‌ها می‌تواند از جنبه‌های زیادی در ارتباط با ورزش نیازمندان موردبررسی قرار گیرد. کمیته امداد به‌عنوان یکی از متولیان مبارزه با فقر و حمایت از نیازمندان در کشور شناخته‌شده و حتی در بخش ورزش مددجویی نیز دستورالعمل‌هایی ارائه کرده که اغلب کلی بوده و کمتر به‌صورت عملیاتی اجرایی می‌شود.
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد مدل راهبردی سوآر در ورزش مددجویان کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) و ارائه راهبردها انجام شد. روش پژوهش کیفی و ازنظر هدف اکتشافی و کاربردی است، برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و بررسی اسناد و مدارک بالادستی کمیته امداد استفاده شد، مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل مدیران ورزشکار در بخش‌های حمایت، فرهنگی، مالی و پژوهش کمیته امداد بودند و نمونه‌ها به‌صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات مدل راهبردی سوآر بکار گرفته شد. 15 قوت، 9 فرصت، 13 آرمان و 12 نتایج، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شدند و درنهایت، 8 راهبرد تدوین شد. نتایج نشان داد توجه به برنامه‌ریزی‌های کلان و تخصیص اعتبارات ویژه برای ورزش مددجویان بیشتر مورد تأکید است.

Exercise as an influential factor on various aspects of human life has been studied in many research and its positive effects have been emphasized. Poverty means low income and other deprivations examined from various aspects related to sports for the needy. The Relief Foundation is known as one of the custodians of the fight against poverty and support for the needy in the country, and even in the field of sports, it has issued instructions that are often general and less operational. The present study was done with the aim to Identify the dimensions of the SOAR Strategic Model in clients' sports of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation and presentation of strategies. Based on qualitative research methods and applied exploration target is to collect data from semi structured interviews and documents were used upstream Foundation, The Participants consisted of athletic managers in the support, cultural, financial and research sections of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation; and Participants were selected purposefully by snowball method. For analyzing the data the SOAR strategic model was used. 15 strengths, 9 Opportunities, 13 Aspirations and 12 Results were identified and prioritized and Finally, 8 Strategy Was compiled. The results showed that attention to macro-planning and allocation of special funds for client’s sports was more emphasized.
