چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر حافظه سازمانی بر مدیریت عملکرد با نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی ادارات تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران ارشد و کارکنان ادارات تربیت بدنی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کل کشور می باشدکه به‌صورت تمام شما کل جامعه آماری به تعداد 216 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه حافظه سازمانی آنت، پرسشنامه استاتدارد مدیریت عملکرد بالدریج و پرسشنامه چابکی سازمانی شریفی ژانگ بود. به منظور تجریه و تحلیل یافته های پژوهش از تحلیل مسیر و معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار 20 PLS و SPSS استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که حافظه سازمانی و ابعاد آن با نقش میانجی چابکی سازمانی ادارات تربیت بدنی بر مدیریت عملکرد دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور اثر معنی دار دارد. لذا در مدیریت عملکرد نوین، اهداف کارکنان و اهداف سازمان باید در یک راستا قرار گرفته و با ایجاد هماهنگی و ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم توسط سرپرستان، افراد هرچه بیش‌تر به سازمان احساس تعلق خاطر می ‌نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of thThe aim of the present study was to determine the effect of organizational memory on performance management with the mediating role of organizational agility of physical education departments of medical universities in the country. The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. The statistics of this study include all senior managers and employees of physical education departments in the universities of medical sciences in the whole country. As a whole, a total of 216 people were selected as the statistical sample. Data collection tools were the Organizational Memory Questionnaire (Ant, 2010), the Standard Performance Management Standards Questionnaire, and Sharifi Zhang's Organizational Agility Questionnaire (2004). In order to analyze the research findings, path analysis and structural and software equations 20 pls and SPSS were used. The results showed that organizational memory and its dimensions have a significant effect on performance management with the mediating role of organizational agility of physical education departments in medical universities of the country. Therefore, in the management of new performance, the goals of the employees and the goals of the organization should be in the same direction, and by creating coordination and providing the necessary guidance by the supervisors, people will feel more and more attached to the organization.
