چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین مدل ارتباطی خودکارآمدی شغلی و سرمایة اجتماعی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران انجام شد. جامعة آماری پژوهش همة مدیران عالی، میانی و پایه، کارشناسان مسئول، کارشناسان و کمک‌کارشناسان شاغل در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند (تعداد = 850) که 265 نفر به‌طور تصادفی طبقه‌ای برای نمونة پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ها‌ی خودکارآمدی شرر (1982) و سرمایة اجتماعی پاتنام (1993) استفاده شد. روایی هر دو پرسشنامه به تأیید 15 نفر از متخصصان رسید و پایایی آن‌ها در یک مطالعة مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب  8/0 و 73/0 محاسبه شد. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تی استودنت تک‌نمونه‌ای، تحلیل مسیر و برای تعیین ارتباط علّی بین متغیرها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری به کمک دو نرم‌افزار آموس و اس‌پی‌اس‌اس استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد در بین منابع انسانی وزارت ورزش و جوانان خودکارآمدی شغلی در حد نامطلوب و سرمایة اجتماعی در حد مطلوب قرار داشت. همچنین بین خودکارآمدی شغلی و سرمایة اجتماعی ارتباط مستقیم معنا‌داری وجود داشت. در ارتباط بین خودکارآمدی شغلی و سرمایة اجتماعی وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران بعد شناختی با بار عاملی 80/0، بعد ساختاری با بار عاملی 74/0 و بعد ارتباطی با بار عاملی 71/0 بیشترین تأثیر را داشتند.نتایج تحقیق ضرورت و لزوم ارتقا سرمایه اجتماعی  و اعتماد متقابل در سازمان  را به منظور بالا بردن سطح خودکارآمدی  و در نتیجه افزایش قدرت رقابتی سازمان را تبیین می کند.

The purpose of this research was to design relationship model of career self-efficacy and social capital at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Iran. Statistical population of this study included 850 employees that working at the all levels (the managerial and operational levels) of Ministry of Youth and Sports in Iran. On the basis of Morgan table, 265 persons were selected through cluster-sampling. To achieve the research goals, the questionnaires of Scherer Public Self-efficacy and Putnam Social Capital were used. Validity of two questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts, and their reliability were studied in preliminary study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.8 and 0.73, respectively. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov-Smirnov Single sample student test, and path analysis were used. In addition, for determination of the causal relationship between variables, the method of structural equations model by application of Amos V.18 software and SPSSV.16 were used. Research findings showed that career self-efficacy is not desirable, and social capital is desirable at the ministry of youth and sports of Iran. There is a significant relationship between career self- efficacies with social capital. Their relationship model has desirable goodness. Also, at their relationship model the cognitive factors with coefficient of 0.8, the structural factors with coefficient of 0.74, and the communicational factors with coefficient of 0.71, have the most roles.
