چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل توسعة گردشگری ماجراجویانة ورزشی براساس نظریة داده‌بنیاد انجام شد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی با اجرای مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 نفر شامل اساتید و خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی (شش نفر)، افراد باتجربه و نخبة ادارات ورزش و جوانان (پنج نفر)، کارشناسان ادارة میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری (سه نفر) و افراد فعال در ورزش‌های ماجراجویانه (دو نفر) که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. روش ﺟﻤﻊ­آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از طریق ﻣﻄﺎلعة پژوهش‌های پیشین و اجرای مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رواﻳﻲ صوری و محتوایی، یافته‌های ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ به ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اراﺋﻪ شد و آن‌ها ﻣﺘﻦ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ را ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪکردند و سپس، ﻧﻈﺮهای آن‌ها اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. روش استفاده‌شده برای بررسی پایایی، روش توافق درون‌موضوعی بود. میانگین میزان توافق درون‌موضوعی 79/0 گزارش شد. برمبنای یافته‌ها، ضرورت‌ها و چالش‌ها در این پژوهش شامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی، اشتغال مبتنی‌بر کارآفرینی، مدیریت هیجان، مدیریت ارتباطات و زیرساخت‌ها بودند. موانع شامل اداری-مدیریتی، امکانات و تجهیزات، فردی، مالی و اقتصادی، امنیتی، روساخت‌ها و اطلاع رسانی بودند. بسترها شامل قوانین و آیین‌‌نامه، فرهنگی و اطلاعاتی، آکادمیک و نیروی انسانی متخصص بودند. راهکارها شامل مدیریت ایمنی، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی، مدیریت اماکن و رویداد و مدیریت کیفیت و نوآوری بودند. همچنین، اثرات شامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بودند؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور توسعة گردشگری ماجراجویانة ورزشی، با توجه به عوامل شناسایی‌شده، سیاست‌های مدیریتی در راستای پیشبرد گردشگری ماجراجویانة ورزشی تعیین و اجرا شوند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design the Model of the Development of Adventure Sports Tourism via Grounded Theory. This research conducted using qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with 16 people including professors and experts in sport management (6 people), experienced and elite sports and youth departments (5 people) and experts from the Department of Cultural Heritage and Tourism (3 people) ) And active people in adventure sports (2 people) who were selected using purposeful sampling. Data were collected by reviewing the previous researches and semi-structured interviews. For face and content validity, the findings of the research were presented to the participants and their points of view was applied to the theory. The method used to examine reliability was an intra-subject agreement method. The average agreement within the subject was 0.79. Based on the findings, the needs and challenges in this research include social and cultural, entrepreneurship-based employment, excitement management, communications management and infrastructure; barriers including administrative management, facilities, personal, financial and economic, security, infrastructure, information; The basics include rules and regulations, cultural and informational, academic and human resources specialists; solutions include safety management, education and culture, event management and quality management, and innovation, including economic, social and cultural impacts. Therefore, it is suggested that, in order to develop adventure sports tourism, based on the identified factors, management policies should be established to promote adventure sports tourism.
