چکیده

ازآنجاکه دانش مهم‌ترین منبع در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان است، اقتصاد در ورزش نیز تحت‌تأثیر این روند تکاملی، ماهیتی دانش‌بنیان به خود گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و سطوح اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در ورزش، با روش پژوهش کیفی و با ماهیت اکتشافی- بنیادی انجام شده است. با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و براساس مصاحبه‌های عمیق با متخصصان، داده‌های پژوهش جمع‌آوری شدند. براساس نظریة داده‌بنیاد و با رویکرد ساخت‌گرا داده‌ها کدگذاری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در ورزش به سه سطح اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به فرد، اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به سازمان و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به جامعه دسته‌بندی می‌شود. در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به فرد مؤلفه‌های نهادینه‌سازی دانش و مدیریت دانش، در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به سازمان مؤلفة الزامات و بسترهای اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان، در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان معطوف به جامعه مؤلفة توسعة علمی و همچنین در تعریف اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در ورزش مؤلفة کلان‌نگری بیشترین تأکید را داشتند. به‌صورت‌کلی، می‌توان این‌گونه نتیجه‌گیری کرد که در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان در ورزش، تولید و توزیع مبتنی‌بر کاربرد دانش و اطلاعات در عرصة ورزش است و با توجه به اهمیت آن برای سیاست‌گذاران ورزش، باید اقدامات و پیش‌نیازهای لازم با درنظرگرفتن سطوح و مؤلفه‌های آن فراهم شود.

چکیده [English]

Because of Knowledge is the most important source of knowledge-based economy, Economy in sports is influenced by the evaluation of the knowledge-based economy. The aim of this study is Identifying and levels of knowledge-based economy in sport which was conducted through qualitative research method with fundamental-exploratory nature. Research data was collected through snowball sampling method and based on in-depth interviews with experts. Data were analyzed after coding according to grounded theory and data constructivist approach. The results indicated that knowledge-based economy is categorized into three levels: individual-dependent knowledge-based economy, organization-dependent knowledge-based economy and society-dependent knowledge-based economy. Institutionalizing of knowledge along with knowledge management in individual-dependent knowledge-based economy, requirements and substrates of the knowledge-based economy in organization-dependent knowledge-based economy, scientific development in society-dependent knowledge-based economy and holism in definitions of the knowledge-based economy in sport had the most agreement among the interviews. As a conclusion of findings, in knowledge-based economy in sport, production and distribution is based on application of information and knowledge. Regarding importance of levels and components of knowledge-based economy in sport, policymaker in sport must to prepare implements and practices.
