چکیده

 ازآنجایی‌که برنامه‌ریزی برای توسعۀ رشته‌های ورزشی نیازمند آگاهی و تحلیل درست از وضعیت موجود آن‌ها است، این پژوهش به بررسی وضعیت توسعۀ بدمینتون در استان‌های کشور پرداخته است. این پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی-تحلیلی، ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، میدانی بود. جامعۀ آماری هیئت‌های بدمینتون استان‌های کشور بودند. نمونة آماری به‌صورت نمونه گیری تمام‌شمار انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه‌ای پژوهشگرساخته شامل چهار منظر منابع انسانی، ساختار و تشکیلات، رویداد و باشگاه‌داری و زیرساخت و امکانات بود. روایی محتوایی پرسش‌نامه به تأیید 13 متخصصرسید. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های توصیفی، رتبه‌بندی و سطح‌بندی در محیط نرم‌افزارهای اکسل، اس.پی.اس.اس و جی.آی.اس استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل زیرساخت و امکانات، رویداد و باشگاه‌داری، منابع انسانی، ساختار و تشکیلات، به‌ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را بر توسعۀ بدمینتون استانها داشتند. ازلحاظ توسعه‌یافتگی، کمتر از هفت درصد از استان‌ها در سطح یک یا توسعه‌یافته، حدود 15 درصد در سطح دو یا کمتر توسعه‌یافته و حدود 78 درصد در سطح سه یا توسعه‌نیافته ارزیابی شدند. براساس یافته‌ها ضرورت دارد که راهبردهای آیندة فدراسیون مبتنی‌بر توسعة متوازن و کاهش نابرابری باشند. برای دستیابی به توازن توصیه می‌شود که ابعاد توسعة این رشته با توجه به اهمیتشان، برای برنامه‌ریزی منطقه‌ای به‌ترتیب موردتوجه قرار گیرند.

The Investigation of Badminton Development Situation in Iran

چکیده [English]

Since the planning of the sport field development needs the Knowledge of the current situation, this thesis examines the development situation of badminton in the provinces of Iran.The research method is descriptive – survey and its goal are practical; the data collection type is by field study.The Statistical Society includes badminton associations in the provinces of the country. The statistical sample was chosen as a sampling of the total number of items.The research tools were a researcher questionnaire consisting of four general viewpoints of “human resources”, “structure and organization”, “events and gym management” and “infrastructure and facilities”. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the viewpoint of 13 experts. For analyzing data, descriptive, ranking and leveling methods were used in “EXCEL” and “SPSS” and “GIS” software. The findings showed that the factors of infrastructure and facilities, events and gym management, human resources and structure and organization respectively had the most impact on the development of the Badminton in the provincial level. According to findings: lower than 7% of provinces in the country being in level 1 or developed, about 15% being in level 2 or less developed, and about78% of provinces being in level 3 or undeveloped. It is necessary that the future strategies of the badminton federation be based on the balanced development and reduction of inequality.In order to achieve the balance, it is recommended that the dimensions of the development of this field, given their importance, be considered for regional planning accordingly.
