چکیده

نقشة راهبردی ابزاری است که میان راهبرد موردنظر سازمان و فرایندها و سیستم‌هایی که به پیاده‌سازی راهبرد کمک می‌کنند، ارتباط برقرار می‌کند. این ابزار به کارکنان سازمان نگاه مستقیم و روشنی می‌دهد تا بدانند چگونه فعالیت‌هایشان به اهداف جامع سازمان متصل شود و آن‌ها را درجهت انجام هرچه‌بهتر اقداماتشان هماهنگ می‌کند. این پژوهش با استفاده از روابط علت‌ومعلولی میان اهداف راهبردی در سطوح مختلف، به طراحی و ترسیم نقشة راهبردی در شرکت تولیدکنندة لوازم و تجهیزات ورزشی کراس پرداخته است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا به بررسی نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصت‌ها، تهدیدها و مضامین راهبردی و همچنین، میزان پوشش‌یافتن نقاط سوات توسط مضامین راهبردی پرداخته شده است. سپس، میزان تأثیر اهداف هر سطح بر اهداف هم‌سطح خود و میزان تأثیر اهداف هر سطح بر اهداف سطح بالاتر به‌دست آمده است. درنهایت، نقشة راهبردی برای شرکت کراس ترسیم شده است. در ادامة پژوهش، برای اولویت‌بندی اهداف راهبردی از روش اولویت‌بندی فازی استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج نشان داد که ازبین اهداف منظر مالی، افزایش سودآوری بالاترین اولویت را دارد و پس از آن، اهداف افزایش فروش و کاهش بهای تمام‌‌شده قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

A strategy map is a tool that communicates between the strategy desired by an organization and the processes and systems that contribute to the implementation of the strategy. This tool makes it possible for the staff to have a direct look at how the different activities are connected to the organization's comprehensive goals and to coordinate them in the best possible way. The present research, which uses causal relationships among strategic goals at different levels, designs and maps out the strategy of the company that produces cross-sports equipment. In this research, we first examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and strategic themes, as well as the extent to which SWOT points are covered by strategic themes. Then the impact of the goals of each level on their level goals and the impact of the goals of each level on the higher-level goals are measured. Finally, the strategy map for the cross-company is outlined, and in order to prioritize strategic objectives, the fuzzy prioritization method is used.
