چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر هوش هیجانی بر راهبردهای مدیریت تعارض با نقش تعدیل‌کنندة مهارت‌های ارتباطی در بازیکنان لیگ برتر راگبی بانوان ایران بود. روش پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری همة بازیکنان لیگ برتر راگبی بانوان ایران در سال 1395 به تعداد 116 نفر بودند. جامعة آماری به روش تمام‌شمار به‌عنوان نمونه درنظر گرفته شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد هوش هیجانی شرینگ (1998)، مهارت‌های ارتباطی بارتون (1990) و راهبردهای مدیریت تعارض رابینز (1994) بودند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات به کمک روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.ال.اس.، در دو بخش مدل اندازه‌گیری و بخش ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که هوش هیجانی بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی اثر مستقیم، منفی و معناداری دارد. هوش هیجانی بر راهبردهای مدیریت تعارض اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. مهارت ارتباطی بر راهبرد تعارض راه‌حل‌مداری اثر مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری دارد و درنهایت، هوش هیجانی بر راهبرد تعارض راه‌حل‌مداری ازطریق مهارت ارتباطی اثر غیرمستقیم، منفی و معناداری دارد. توصیه می‌شود که آموزش به‌کارگیری مهارت ارتباطی و هوش هیجانی توسط بازیکنان راگبی بانوان، برای حل موقعیت‌های تعارضی در دستور کار مربیان و سایر مسئولان راگبی قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was the effect of emotional intelligence on conflict Management Strategies with moderating role of communication skills in Iranian women's rugby premier league players. The methodology was descriptive survey. The population was all of players in Iranian women’s rugby premier league in 1395 comprising 116 athletes. The Sample was equal to population. The instruments of the study were Standard questionnaires, emotional intelligence by Shering (1998), communication skills by Barton (1990) and conflict Management Strategies by Robinz (1994). Analysis of data was performed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the approach of partial least square method (PLS) and Smart PLS software in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. The results showed that there was a negative significant direct effect between emotional intelligence and communication skills and there was a significant direct effect between emotional intelligence and conflict Management Strategies. There was a positive significant direct effect between communication skills and Solution-oriented Conflict strategy. Finally there was a negative significant indirect effect between emotional intelligence and Solution-oriented Conflict strategy with Moderating role of communication skills. It is recommended that training and applying communication skills and emotional intelligence by women rugby players, were placed on the agenda of coaches and other Rugby officials to solve conflict situations.
