چکیده

در این پژوهش، رابطة عناصر پایه‌ای سیستم مدیریت دانش با به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، از دیدگاه مدیران ادارة کل تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه‌های سراسر کشور بررسی شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی ازنوع پیمایشی بود که به روش میدانی اجرا شد. همة مدیران تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه‌های سراسر کشور جامعة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که حجم نمونه تمام‌شمار و برابر با حجم جامعه بود. ابزار اصلی این پژوهش، پرسش‌نامة اصلاح‌شده و تغییریافتة اندام (1387)، درمجموع با 19 سوأل برای عناصر پایه‌ای دانش و شش سوأل برای به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش بود که درقالب مقیاس پنج‌‌رتبه‌ای لیکرت طراحی‌ شده بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین عناصر پایه‌ای دانش و به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش بیش‌ازحد متوسط است و بیشترین میانگین مربوط به شاخص سازمانی و کمترین میانگین مربوط به شاخص یادگیری مدیران است. بین عناصر پایه‌ای مدیریت دانش و به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش از دیدگاه مدیران در اداره‌های تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه‌ها، رابطة مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، درمجموع متغیرهای عناصر پایه‌ای مدیریت دانش 504/0 از به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش در اداره‌های تربیت‌بدنی دانشگاه‌ها را تبیین می‌کنند و متغیر سازمان بیشترین اهمیت را در پیش‌بینی به‌اشتراک‌گذاری دانش دارد. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده مشخص شد که راهبرد مدیریت دانش خاص یا اقدامات مدیریتی مشخص، به یک اندازه برای سازمان‌های مختلف کارساز نخواهند بود؛ بنابراین، اهداف و راهبرد‌های مدیریت دانش با توجه به برنامه‌ریزی و تفکر راهبردی یک سازمان با سازمان دیگر بسیار متفاوت خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigating the relationship between basic elements of the Stankosky's model knowledge management and knowledge sharing from the managers' view point of administrations of Physical Education University across the Iran. The method of this research was descriptive – surveying and sample size was 54 individuals. The main tool of this research was the modified and of questionnaire (Andam, 2008), with 19 questions for basic knowledge elements and 6 questions for knowledge sharing, which was designed in a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that there was significant relationship between the basic elements of knowledge management and knowledge sharing in the administrations; the multivariate regression results showed the 0.504 % of the variance in knowledge sharing is related to knowledge management and organization has the greatest importance impact in prediction of knowledge sharing. Based on the results, it was found that a specific KM strategy, or specific managerial actions, would not work to the same extent for different organizations. Therefore, the goals and strategies of knowledge management will vary greatly according to the planning and strategic thinking of an organization with another organization.
