چکیده

موفقیت هر سازمانی بستگی به تخصیص و به‌کارگیری مناسب ابزار، تجهیزات، منابع مالی، مواد خام و منابع انسانی آن سازمان دارد. ازمیان عوامل تولید، بی‌شک نیروی انسانی که اساسی‌ترین عامل است، نقشی کلیدی در ارائة خدمات دارد و مهم‌ترین سرمایة یک سازمان به‌شمار می‌آید. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت منابع انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران، با استفاده از الگوی خودتوضیح با وقفة گسترده برای دورة (1391-1353) می‌پردازد. بدین‌منظور، روش اقتصادسنجی با استفاده از داده‌های مربوط به ارزش افزودة بخش ورزش، اندازة دولت، موجودی سرمایة بخش ورزش و نیروی فعال بخش ورزش به‌کار برده شد. نتایج برآورد مدل پژوهش نشان داد که منابع انسانی بخش ورزش، در کوتاه‌مدت و بلند مدت اثر مثبت و معنا‌داری بر رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش ایران دارد. همچنین، نقش منابع انسانی در رشد صنعت ورزش بیشتر از موجودی سرمایه است. برای رشد اقتصادی صنعت ورزش بهتر است در بخش منابع انسانی سرمایه‌گذاری انجام شود.

چکیده [English]

The success of any organization depends on the allocation and use of tools, equipment, money, material and human resources of the organization. Among the production factors, human resources that is principal, no doubt has a key role in providing services and is considered as the most important asset of an organization. This study invastigate the effect of short-term and long-term of human resources on the economic growth of Iran’s sports industry, using auoturegresive distributed lag model in the period of (1353-1391). For this purpose, econometric method implemented by using data on sports value added, government size, capital stock of the sports sector and Active population of Sport. The results showed the human resources of sports sector has in the short-term and long-term a positive and significant effect on economic growth of the sports industry of Iran. The role of human resources in the growth of the sports industry is greater than the capital. To economic growth of the sports industry, it is better to investment in human resources.
