چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف سنجش دانش داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان از مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با حرفۀ داوری انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری‌ پژوهش را ‌کلیۀ داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان در سال (1394) که به‌صورت فعال با هیأت فوتبال آن شهر همکاری داشتند، تشکیل دادند (100N=). روش انتخاب حجم نمونه روش کل شمار بوده که از این میان تعداد 52 نفر از داوران با درجات داوری مختلف در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند. از یک پرسش‌نامۀ پژوهشگر‌ساختۀ 80 سؤالی در‌قالب 12 بعد به‌عنوان ابزار اندازه‌گیری استفاده گردید (روایی‌ 73/0؛ پایایی: 85/0). نتایج پژوهش ‌نشان داد که داوران فوتبال شهر اصفهان از آگاهی کافی درمورد مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با حرفۀ داوری برخوردار نمی‌باشند (05/0P≤). به‌بیان‌دیگر، اگر‌چه آگاهی آن‌ها از برخی حیطه‌های وظایف قانونی داوری کافی است؛ اما دانش آن‌ها از نتایج عدم اجرای وظایف مربوطه، عناصر لازم جهت تحمیل مسئولیت مدنی، معیار یک داور متعارف‌ و چگونگی ورود به دعاوی قضایی مناسب نمی‌باشد. در این ارتباط، شاید سیستم آموزش داوری، کمبود منابع علمی مرتبط، عدم پوشش رسانه‌ای، عدم حمایت دانشگاهی و آگاهی نامناسب جامعۀ ورزش نسبت به مسائل حقوقی ورزش از جمله عوامل مؤثر بر دانش داوران فوتبال نسبت به مسائل حقوقی مرتبط با حرفۀ داوری باشد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to assess the knowledge of football referees from law issues of refereeing career. The total population of this study included all of the football referees in Isfahan in 1394 (2015) which actively cooperated with the football association of that city (N=100). 52 referees in various referring levels participated in this study. A self-constructed questionnaire includes 80 questions, in the form of 12 dimensions, employed in this research (validity: 0.73, reliability: 0.85). The results indicated that football referees do not have sufficient knowledge regarding law issues related to refereeing career (P≤0.05). In other words, regardless of their sufficient knowledge from some dimensions of legal refereeing duties, their knowledge from the results of breaching their duties, required factors for imposing liability to them, the criteria of standard referee, and the possible ways that they might enter to litigation are not sufficient. In these regards, the education system of referees, lack of related scientific sources, lack of media coverage, lack of supporting from universities, and insufficient knowledge of all people involved in sport from law issues of sport, might be, are the effective factors on knowledge of football referees in these regards.
