چکیده

برای ارزیابی عوامل مرتبط با کاربردفناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های ورزشی، 176 مدیر ستادی سازمان‌های ورزشی با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی و براساس جدول کرجسای، به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامة محقق‌ساخته در این زمینه پاسخ دادند. برای تعیین روایی صوری و محتوایی، از نظرهای متخصصان و برای تعیین روایی سازه، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و برای تعیین پایایی، از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (رگرسیون‌ چندمتغیری، تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه ‌و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری) مناسب با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل نسخة 52/8 و اس.پی.اس.اس نسخة ۲۱ به‌کار برده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سن، سابقة شغلی، مهارت در استفاده از رایانه و اینترنت، مهارت در زبان انگلیسی، عوامل فنی، محیطی، اقتصادی و نگرش با میزان استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات رابطة معناداری دارد. نتایج آزمون ‌مانوا بین خرده‌مقیاس‌های موردنظر پژوهش در سازمان‌های ورزشی تفاوت معنا‌داری را نشان داد. تحلیلرگرسیونمتغیرهانیزنشانداد که تمامیخرده‌مقیاس‌هاپیشبینی‌کننده‌هایمعنا‌داریبرایکاربرد فناوری اطلاعاتهستند. درنهایت، باید گفت که فناوری اطلاعات یکی از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های پیشرفت سازمان‌ها‌ به‌شمار می‌رود و بنابراین، فراهم‌آوردن شرایط مطلوب کاربرد آن باید جزو اولویت‌های سازمان‌ها قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

In order to assess factors relating the use of information technology in sport organizations, 176 experts of sport organizations were randomly selected as sample of the study and responded to the self-made questioner. To measure the face and content validity (panel of expert), construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), and reliability (Alphacronbax) was used. Descriptive and inferential statistical (ANOVA-MANOVA- multiple regressions) were used also using (LISREL) software (Version 8/52) and SPSS (Version 18). The results revealed that age, job experience, computer and internet skills, English language knowledge, technical, environmental, economic factors and attitude, had a significant relation with the level of using information technology. The result of MANOVA showed significant difference between micro scales indented in this study in the sport organizations. Multiple regression analysis revealed that all micro scales taken into consideration in this study, were significant forecasts of utilization of information technology. And finally, it should be said that information technology is considered as one of the most important criteria of assessment of organization development and therefore it should be one of the first priorities of organizations.
