آسیبشناسی فرایند موجود سیاستگذاری در ورزش همگانی ایران و ارائة الگو
پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیبشناسی فرایند موجود سیاستگذاری در ورزش همگانی ایران و ارائة الگو انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، در شمار پژوهشهای کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت دادههای پژوهشی، جزو پژوهشهای طرح آمیخته بود. مدیران و کارشناسان خبرة ورزش همگانی بهعنوان جامعۀ هدف درنظر گرفته شدند. شیوۀ انتخاب گروه نمونه برای بخش کیفی پژوهش، غیراحتمالی و با استفاده از شیوههای نمونهبرداری هدفمند و مبتنی بر روش نمونهگیری ملاکی به حجم 16 نفر انجام شد و دادهها ازطریق مصاحبه گردآوری شدند. سپس، دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها به روش استرابرت و کارپنتر (2011) کدگذاری و تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. برای بخش کمی، نمونهها به شیوة تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و دادههای مربوط به آن با ابزار پرسشنامه جمعآوری شدند. گویههای این پرسشنامه، از مصاحبة نظاممند با مدیران و کارشناسان خبرة ورزش همگانی استخراج شدند. پایایی پرسشنامه با روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد (83/0 = α). تحلیل دادهها در این بخش نیز با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری اس.پی.اس.اس. و با آزمون فریدمن انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفههای سازمانی، باورها و فرهنگها، شرایط اقتصادی، تحلیل، تفسیر، تدوین علمی، مطالعات و پژوهشها، مؤلفههای مؤثر در سیاستگذاری ورزش همگانی کشور هستند و آسیبهای موجود در فرایند سیاستگذاری در ورزش همگانی کشور شامل عواملی ازجمله ضعف در نظارت و کنترل، ساختار ضعیف، ضعف در برنامهریزی و اجرا، عملکرد ضعیف رسانهها، منابع مالی محدود، عملکرد ضعیف نیروی انسانی، قوانین و مشارکت محدود مراکز علمی و پژوهشی هستند. همچنین، مطالعات تطبیقی و بومیسازی، مدیریت سازمانی، الگوهای فرهنگی و دینی، الگوهای مبتنی بر پژوهش علمی، الگوهایی هستند که میتوان برای سیاستگذاری در ورزش همگانی از آنها استفاده کرد. طبق نتایج بخش کمی، بین میانگین رتبههای آسیبهای موجود در ورزش همگانی و میزان نقش منابع اطلاعاتی موجود تفاوت معنادار مشاهده نشد. بهطورکلی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فرایند سیاستگذاری در ورزش همگانی ایران با آسیبها و چالشهایی همراه است که باید آنها را شناخت و براساس روشهای علمی اصلاح کرد. تغییرات ساختاری و اصلاح قوانین از عمدهترین آنها بهشمار میآیند. همچنین، باید از الگوهای دقیق و علمی برای سیاستگذاری استفاده کرد.

تحلیل عوامل توسعه ورزش همگانی براساس نظریه داده بنیاد
با توجه به برنامههای کلانی که در کشور در سالیان اخیر در حوزة ورزش همگانی انجام شده است، تغییر چشمگیری در افزایش مشارکت شهروندان مختلف کشور روی نداده است؛ بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل توسعة ورزش همگانی با ماهیت اکتشافی- بنیادی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی بود که براساس نظریة دادهبنیاد به طراحی مدل پارادایمی عوامل توسعة ورزش همگانی کشور پرداخته شده است. ابزار مورداستفاده نیز مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته بود که از نظرهای 21 نفر از متخصصان ورزش همگانی کشور استفاده شد. روش نمونهگیری، هدفمند بود. خروجی پژوهش مدل پارادایمی بررسی عوامل توسعة ورزش همگانی در کشور بود که از شرایط علی، مقولة محوری، شرایط مداخلهگر، راهبردها و پیامدها تشکیل شده است. موارد ذکرشده از کدهایی در مرحلة اول کدگذاری؛ یعنی کدگذاری باز در چند مفهوم نظیر «تعاریف و واژهها، موانع بازدارنده، مقایسه با کشورهای پیشرو، انگیزانندهها، تحلیل وضعیت، راهبرد کلان و درپایان، راهکار و روش اجرایی» بهدست آمدهاند. در مرحلة دوم کدگذاری نیز کدگذاری محوری با مقولة محوری عوامل توسعة ورزش همگانی و مقولههای فرعی نظیر «جذابیت ورزشی، سوقدهندهها، موانع و انگیزانندهها» انجام شده است. در پایان، مشخص شد که بسیاری از عوامل توسعه به خود افراد مربوط نمیشوند؛ بلکه با تسهیل در عوامل سوقدهندة محیطی و برطرفکردن موانع موجود، افراد با خیال آسوده ورزش همگانی را ازبین فعالیتهای اوقاتفراغت انتخاب خواهند کرد؛ گرچه تغییر در مفاهیم ورزش همگانی و افزایش انگیزانندهها از عوامل مهمی هستند که باید بهوجود آیند.

تبیین رابطة بازارگرایی و برندگرایی با عملکرد باشگاههای ورزشی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین رابطة بازارگرایی و برندگرایی با عملکرد باشگاههای ورزشی استان اصفهان و ارائة مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی ازنوع همبستگی بود که برای مدلسازی از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. نمونة آماری پژوهش کسبوکارهای ورزشی شامل باشگاههای ورزشی بودند که بدینمنظور از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بازارگرایی و برندگرایی بر عملکرد باشگاههای ورزشی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارند و عملکرد باشگاههای ورزشی بهواسطة بازارگرایی و برندگرایی پیشبینی میشود. بهنظر میرسد کسبوکارهایی که درپی بهدستآوردن اطلاعاتی از مشتریان باشند تا نیازهای حال و آیندة خود را برآورده کنند، عملکرد مناسبتری دارند. بهعبارتی، بازارگرایی پیشبینیکنندۀ مهمی برای عملکرد باشگاهها است. علاوهبراین، کسبوکارهایی که فرایند ایجاد و توسعة برند را دنبال میکنند بر عملکرد تأثیر مثبتی دارند و افراد ممکن است در واکنش به یک برند خوب و شناختهشده، تمایل بیشتری برای خرید از باشگاه ورزشی کوچک داشته باشند.

ارتقای سطح کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاهی با رویکرد کانو- گسترش کیفیت عملکرد (مطالعة موردی: اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه شهیدمدنی آذربایجان)
هدف پژوهش حاضر، استفاده از رویکرد کانو- گسترش کیفیت عملکرد برای ارتقای سطح کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه شهیدمدنی آذربایجان از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود. در مرحلة اول این پژوهش توصیفی، 256 نفر از دانشجویان با هدف شناسایی شکاف خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه، به پرسشنامة استاندارد 22 گویهای ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی سروکوال (پاراسورامان و همکاران، 1985) پاسخ دادند. در مرحلة دوم پژوهش، 240 نفر از دانشجویان به پرسشنامة کانو پاسخ دادند و نیازهای آنان شناسایی و دستهبندی شدند. درنهایت، پس از تشکیل خانة کیفیت مدل گسترش کیفیت عملکرد، ماتریس ارتباطات خانة کیفیت تشکیل شد و مشخصههای فنی تعریف شدند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که در هر پنج بعد کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه، شکاف منفی وجود داشت. همچنین، 10 نیاز اساسی بهعنوان ندای مشتری وارد ماتریس خانة کیفیت مدل گسترش کیفیت عملکرد شدند و 12 مشخصة فنی برای بهبود آنها، با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده استخراج شدند. میتوان گفت نبود برنامة مناسب و ضعف منابع انسانی در ارائة خدمات، ازجمله موانع و کاستیهای اماکن ورزشی دانشگاه هستند. ارتباط نزدیک با دانشجویان، برگزاری جلسات پرسش و پاسخ با هدف شناسایی نیازهای آنان، تخصیص بودجة بیشتر به فعالیتهای ورزشی دانشجویان و همچنین، استفاده از نیروی انسانی متخصص در ارائة خدمات، ازجمله راهکارهای ضروری برای ارتقای سطح کیفیت خدمات اماکن ورزشی این دانشگاه هستند.

بررسی سبک خرید آنلاین محصولات ورزشی از شبکههای مجازی و فروشگاههای اینترنتی
امروزه،اینترنتبهبستریگستردهبرایمعاملاتتجاریورسانهایقویبرایبازاریابیتبدیل شدهاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی سبک خرید آنلاین محصولات ورزشی از شبکههای مجازی و فروشگاههای اینترنتی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و ازنوع پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش اعضای کانالهای تلگرامی و صفحة اینستاگرام سه فروشگاه فوتبال شاپ، ایران اسپورتر و ماریال اسپرت بودند که تعداد 385 نفر از اعضای کانالها و صفحات ذکرشده به پرسشنامه با دقت پاسخ دادند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامة لی (2012) بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تأیید 12 نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی رسید و همچنین، پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 89/0 بهدست آمد که نشاندهندة پایایی بالای پرسشنامه است. از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف برای بررسی طبیعیبودن توزیع دادهها، از مدل تاپسیس برای رتبهبندی انواع سبک خرید و از آزمون مانوا برای مقایسه بین انواع سبک خرید براساس ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفة کیفیت، بیشترین اهمیت و قیمت، کمترین اهمیت را از دیدگاه مصرفکنندگان محصولات ورزشی داشتند. بهترتیب، هیجان، وفاداری، برند، سرگرمی، تردید، مد و تأیید اولویت داشتند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که بین مؤلفههای سبک خرید پاسخدهندگان ازنظر متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی سن، جنسیت، تأهل، تحصیلات و درآمد تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت.

ارائة مدل چابکی سازمانی برمبنای فناوری اطلاعات در سازمانهای ورزشی ایران
این پژوهش با هدف ارائة مدل چابکی سازمانی برمبنای فناوری اطلاعات از دیدگاه خبرگان ورزشی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر، بهلحاظ روش کیفی و ازحیث جمعآوری اطلاعات، با راهبرد پدیدارشناسی و شیوة مصاحبة عمیق انجام شد. گروه آشنا با موضوع شامل خبرگان ورزشی (فعالان حوزة فناوری و مدیریت دانش، اساتید دانشگاه، نقشآفرینان فناوری و زیرساخت سازمانهای ورزشی) جامعة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. بهلحاظ شیوة جمعآوری اطلاعات با روش گلولهبرفی، شناسایی مؤلفههای مؤثر در مدل با دیدگاه 15 خبره به اشباع نظری رسید. یافتههای حاصل از مصاحبة عمیق، با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی عوامل مدل درختی، تأثیر زیرساخت فناوری در سازمانهای ورزشی بر چابکی سازمانی را مشخص نمودند که دانش فناوری، ارتباطات شبکهای، معماری و خدمات داده، مدیریت فناوری، بنیادهای فناوری، سازگاری و سرعت فناوری جزو محورهای اصلی این زیرساخت قلمداد شدند و پیش فرض ارتباط چابکی سازمانی نیز قوت گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل تکمیلی یافتههای تحقیق، کدگذاریها با نرمافزار مکس.کیو.دی.ای. نسخة 12 انجام شدند و ضریب توافق 81 درصد حاصل شد، امید است مدل نهایی این تحقیق به استفاده بیشتر از فناوری در راستای تأثیرگذاری بر چابکی سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی کمک نماید.

تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطی و یادگیری سازمانی کارکنان در پژوهشگاه تربیتبدنی و علوم ورزشی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطی و یادگیری سازمانی کارکنان در پژوهشگاه تربیتبدنیو علوم ورزشی بود. نوع پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی بود که بهصورت میدانی اجرا شده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش همة کارکنان پژوهشگاه تربیتبدنی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بودند (تعداد = 73). برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای رضایت ارتباطی دون و هازن (1997)، یادگیری سازمانی نیفه (2001) و فناوری اطلاعات احمدپور (1389) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامهها به تأیید 10 نفر از اساتید رسید و پایایی پرسشنامهها براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، بهترتیب برابر با 97/0، 97/0 و 85/0 بهدست آمد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس.و آموس انجام شد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین فناوری اطلاعات و رضایت ارتباطی کارکنان و همچنین، بین فناوری اطلاعات و یادگیری سازمانی کارکنان رابطة مثبتی وجود داشت. نتایج مدل پژوهش نشان داد فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطی و فناوری اطلاعات بر یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر مثبتی داشت. براساس مقادیر بارهای عاملی، میزان تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر رضایت ارتباطی کارکنان و تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر یادگیری سازمانی بود. همچنین، براساس شاخصهای برازش، مدل فرضی متغیرهای پژوهش از برازش لازم برخوردار بود؛ بنابراین، توجه به عامل فناوری اطلاعات بهعنوان یکی از شاخصهای موفقیت و بهبود وضعیت یادگیری سازمانی و رضایت ارتباطی کارکنان پژوهشگاه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است.

نقش میانجی تخریب شخصیت سازمانی در ارتباط بین حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده و تندرستی شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان
هدف کلی پژوهش، ارتباط حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده و تندرستی شغلی با میانجیگری تخریب شخصیت سازمانی کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان بود. نوع پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی بـود کـه بهصورت میدانی اجرا شده است. جامعة آماری همة کارکنان ادارة کل ورزشوجوانان، رؤسا، دبیران و نائبرئیسان هیئتهای استانی و شهرستانی استان گلستان بودند.برای جمعآوری دادهها، از پرسشنامههای تخریب شخصیت سازمانی، حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده و تندرستی شغلی(رضایت شغلی، خستگی عاطفی و فشار روانی)استفاده شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. براساس نتایج، حمایت سازمانی بهصورت مستقیم با بار عاملی اثر مثبتی بر رضایت شغلی و اثری منفی بر خستگی عاطفی و فشارهای روانی داشت و علاوهبر تأثیر مستقیم، بهصورت غیرمستقیم و ازطریق تخریب شخصیت سازمانی، تأثیر مثبتی بر رضایت شغلی داشت. همچنین، حمایت سازمانی بهصورت غیرمستقیم و بهواسطة تخریب شخصیت سازمانی، تأثیر منفی بر خستگی عاطفی و فشارهای روانی داشت. تخریب شخصیت سازمانی نقشی میانجی در رابطة بین حمایت سازمانی و تندرستی شغلی کارکنان ایفا میکند؛ ازاینرو، توجه به درک تخریب شخصیت سازمانی در سازمانها میتواند در کاهش خستگی و فشارهای روانی و بهبود وضعیت رضایت شغلی تأثیر مثبت داشته باشد.

ارزیابی تأثیر ابعاد برند ورزشی بر ترجیح برند هنگام خرید (مورد مطالعه: هواداران تیم والیبال کالة مازندران)
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر ابعاد برند ورزشی تیم والیبال کاله بر ترجیح برند هنگام خرید بود. این پژوهش ازنوع توصیفی – همبستگی بود و جامعة آماری آن طرفداران تیم والیبال کالة آمل در شهر آمل بودند. نمونة آماری با توجه به فرمول کوکران برآورد شد و درنهایت، 317 پرسشنامه تجزیهوتحلیل آماری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تجربه، هویت و شخصیت برند بر رضایت از برند و وفاداری به برند تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. همچنین، رضایت از برند و وفاداری به برند بر ترجیح برند تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت؛ اما رضایت از برند بر وفاداری به برند تأثیر معناداری نداشت. نتایج آزمون سوبل نیز نشان داد که شخصیت و هویت برند ازطریق رضایت از برند و وفاداری به برند بر ترجیح برند و همچنین، تجربة برند ازطریق رضایت از برند بر ترجیح برند تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشتند؛ اما تجربة برند ازطریق وفاداری بر ترجیح برند و شخصیت، هویت و تجربه ازطریق رضایت از برند بر وفاداری و همچنین، رضایت برند بر ترجیح ازطریق وفاداری به برند تأثیر معناداری نداشت. درنهایت، این یافتهها نشان میدهد که درصورتی هواداران تیم کاله برند این باشگاه را نسبت به سایر برندها درهنگام خرید ترجیح میدهند که مؤلفههای تشکیلدهندة شخصیت، هویت و تجربة برند این باشگاه، مؤلفههای قوی و موردتأیید آنان باشند تا درنتیجه، رضایت و وفاداری آنان را فراهم آورند و به ترجیح برند درهنگام خرید منجر شود.

اثر استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی بر تسهیم دانش و یادگیری کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان
هدفپژوهش حاضر، مطالعة اثر استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی بر تسهیم دانش و یادگیری کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان بود. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی– پیمایشی است که بهصورت میدانی انجام شده است. جامعة آماری همة کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان به تعداد 220 نفر بودند که براساس فرمول کوکران، 141 نفر به شیوة تصادفی ساده بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش، از پرسشنامههای استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در محیط کار بارکر و همکاران (2013)، تسهیم دانش رحمان و حسین (2014) و یادگیری کارکنان بارکر و همکاران (2013) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامههای به تأیید پنج نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، بهترتیب برابر با 85/0، 78/0 و 79/0 محاسبه شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها و شناسایی اثرهای متغیرهای پژوهش، از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری ازطریق نرمافزار پی.ال.اس. استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در محیط کار بر تسهیم دانش کارکنان ادارات ورزشوجوانان استان گلستان اثرگذار بود. همچنین، اثر استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در محیط کار بر یادگیری کارکنان مثبت و معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری کرد که استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در محیط کار میتواند موجب تسهیم دانش و یادگیری کارکنان شود. همچنین، مدیریت استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی در ادارات ورزشوجوانان، درراستای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی پیشنهاد میشود.

نقش هویت برند در قصد خرید مجدد با میانجیگری خودتصمیمی مشتریان ورزشی
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش هویت برند در قصد خرید با میانجیگری خودتصمیمی مشتریان ورزشی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی و ازنظر هدف، کاربردی بود. با توجه به مشخصنبودن حجم جامعة آماری، حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران معادل 385 نفر برآورد شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههایی با اقتباس از پرسشنامة هویت برند دهدشتی شاهرخ (1391) شامل چهار سؤال، پرسشنامة خودتصمیمی مشتریان گیماریز (2015) شامل پنج سؤال و پرسشنامة قصد خرید مجدد لیم (2006) شامل هفت سؤال استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامهها تائید شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل بهوسیلة آزمون تحلیل مسیر تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. ضریب تأثیری که هویت برند بهطور غیرمستقیم و ازطریق متغیر میانجی خودتصمیمی مشتریان بر قصد خرید مجدد گذاشت، برابر با 53/0 و بهصورت مستقیم برابر با 33/0 بود. همچنین، هویت برند بهصورت مستقیم، برابر با 56/0 بر خودتصمیمی مشتریان اثر داشت. باتوجهبه یافتههای پژوهش، توجه بیشازپیش به مدیریت تبلیغات و بازاریابی برندهای ورزشی، خلق ارزش برای مشتریان، تداعی هویت در اذهان افراد، بهکاربردن فرایندهای روانشناختی و اجتماعی و تطبیق خصوصیات برند با ویژگیهای مشتریان پیشنهاد میشود.
