The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of governmental sports revenues and expenditures on the added value of the sports sector from 1976 to 2013. In order to test the long run relationship between the variables, the method of Johanson cointegration, and in order to estimate the model, the approach of autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL) have been used. The results show a long run equilibrium relationship between the variables. Findings show that government sports expenditure and GDP have had a positive and significant effect on the added value of sports sector. Moreover, increased oil revenues had a more significant effect on the added value of sports sector than increased tax revenues had. In other words, oil revenues served sports more than tax revenues did. This policy making deficiency has to be addressed in government’s budgeting and programming. Furthermore, government’s sports expenditures have been the main source of changes in sports sector in Iran. This dependence and heavy reliance of sports sector’s added value on government expenditure has to be the concern of policy makers in this field.

The primary objective of this research was to study the effects of a concise (4 hours) educational class of communication skills on coach-athlete relationship. The secondary objective was to find out that differences in coach-athletes relationship are sport-related or individual-related. Two standard questionnaires specialized on coach-athlete relationship were translated and validated. It was a quasi-experimental research. Three female national champion teams were randomly assigned to 3 experimental groups. Firstly, CART-Q and QRI questionnaires were administered as pre-tests. Then, the communication skills class was carried out and after two weeks post-tests were re-administered. The participants of groups 1 and 2 used their education to improve their relationship, whilst the coach of the third group used it to deteriorate her relationship. Depending on statistical aims, the data were analyzed by different ANOVA and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that At the point of pre-test, coach-athlete relationship was different in 3 groups. There was a significant interaction between changes of three groups, showing improvement in swimmers, more improvement in basketball players, and declination in karate player. The findings suggested that quality of coach-athlete relationship depends on their individual characteristics and not their type of sport. A concise educational class of communication skills may be used to improve coach-athletes relationships. A simultaneous education for both coach and athletes is more effective than isolated education for one of them.

The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among the samples in two parts of the personal data and the main part of the questionnaire. Structural validity of the research tool was used through exploratory factor analysis with orthogonal rotation and confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire structure. The results showed that the component of ethics with three categories (respect, social responsibility, social capital), can have the greatest impact on attraction. Using this proposed pattern of research and the face of the local package may possibly increase the rate of Contribution in sport in the region, based on to the characteristics of each region. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the barriers to the participation of physical-motional disabled women in sport leisure programs in Qom province. This research is a type of applied research that was conducted in a survey. The statistical sample, which was selected on the basis of convenient sampling, includes physical-motional disabled women who paid regular visits to well-being and social work centers (200 people). The employed instrument was the adjusted Pour Ranjbar, et al.’s (2014) 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Its content validity was confirmed by a panel of experts from the field of sport management and its reliability was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha (0.74). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Friedman test for ranking of obstacles and related items). The findings of the study revealed that the barriers to the participation of women with physical disabilities in priority order are economic, media, structural, cultural, social barriers as well as social networks and individual barriers. It seems that obviating the financial constraints and awareness-raising through the mass media are the two key factors that can, to a large extent, increase the participation of women with physical disabilities in sport activities.

The purpose of this study was causal relationship between competitive advantage and conflicting resources in the sport products industry. The research method was causal that was done in the form of field. A research sample was selected among managers and sport production units’ owners of Tehran. The instruments used in the research were Reyhani competitive advantage questionnaire (2015), Khapoor et al organizational conflict inventory questionnaire (2015) and Wright & Snell Human Resources Flexibility Questionnaire (1998) which after verifying its validity and reliability, was distributed among the samples. Descriptive statistics to analyze the data were used and for presenting the measurement model, SPSS and Lisrer softwares were used. The results showed that the model has a suitable fit and it has also been shown that the competitive advantage factor with influence coefficient 0.38 and influence coefficient 0.7 has a direct and significant effect on the flexibility of human resources and conflicting resources and also organizational flexibility factor with influence coefficient 0.27 has a direct and significant effect on conflicting resources. Therefore, considering results, it is suggested that managers and sport goods companies authorities try to consider intra-organizational issues such as the effectiveness of costs and time that causes to make the advantage competitive so that they can turn the company's temporary competitive advantage into a sustainable competitive advantage and for increasing the human resources flexibility of these companies, managers should try to employ staff who have the sufficient skills to do the job.
