The purpose of this study was to identify and developing the model of obstacles of successful implementation of strategic plan in sport and youth ministry of Iran. The research population consists of all executive managers, middle managers, operational managers, professional experts, experts, consultant and elites of sport and youth ministry of Iran(N=320). Their number is 257 people while all of them were considered as research sample. In order to data gathering, semi structured interviews and researcher made questionnaire was used. In order to inferential analyze Friedman test, confirmatory and exploratory factors analysis was applied. Result of exploratory and confirmatory factors analysis of research questions led to identify five following factors: planning consequence, organizational obstacles, managerial obstacles, individual and staffs obstacles and environmental obstacles. Survey of current level of each obstacle in impeding successful implementation of strategies in sport and youth ministry of Iran show the following result: managerial obstacles 75.58%, planning consequence 74.23%, individual obstacles 73.23%, organizational obstacles 72.59%, and environmental obstacles 71.06%. Furthermore, the model of obstacles of successful implementation of Strategies in sport and youth ministry of Iran was well developed and its reliability and validity was confirmed (RMSEA=0.069, AGFI=0.86, GFI=0.92). As a result, the Policymakers and managers of sport and youth ministry and other sport organizations can use this model in order to identifying and determining the role of each obstacle in Successful Implementation of Strategies.

The purpose of this research was designing a model for Traditional Sports and Games (TSG) development in Iran based on three main aspects: "Revive", "Promotion" and "Development". Research method was descriptive - analytic which has done by survey. The statistical sample of this study consisted of 2983 specialists working in sport for all and rural sport boards, faculty members of physical education, and the specialists working in organizations and universities throughout the country. A researcher made questionnaire was designed for this study with approved validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, EFA, CFA and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results showed that the variables: Revive, Promotion, and Development had significant impact together in model structure. Also, Revive and Development had significant impact on "Current Situation" (CS). CS had significant impact on Development Effects of TSG too. So it is supposed that in case of good implementation of elements of Revive and Development, indicators of CS like "inappropriateness of development", "lack of events", and "excessive emphasis on professional sport" will approach to desirable situation. Also, CS significantly will cause appearing good results in development of TSG. All stages of TSG development model are placed in an environment consisted of 8 factors which influencing the model.

The goal of this study was to assess of non-continuously Bachelor Curriculum of physical education teaching. The Statistical popularly in this study was the physical education students of Teacher training courses bachelor who studied in teacher training institutions, the professors who teach these different courses and physical education teacher graduated of this institutions. In this study, stratified sampling was used and the subjects in the strata were selected randomly. The sample was 69 graduated of this institutions, 187 physical education students and 90 professors. This is descriptive-survey study. The researcher made questionnaire was used was used to collect data. According to result of PCA, Curriculum is studied on the basis of four elements which are: objective and content, teaching strategies, Educational Facilities and Equipment, evaluation. To analyze the information taken from the questionnaires, some statistical methods were used such as: frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation in descriptive statistics To do the above testes, SPSS Software 18 version was used. The finding showed that 50 percent of whole groups, described contents of the curriculum of education courses with goal and assessed effectiveness and successfulness this curriculum in goals reach at low levels. 65 present of whole groups stated that the present educational equipment and facilities don’t adapt with educational needs. Also, the results showed, theoretical courses content adapted with teaching method of speaking (72 present), cooperation (71 present), seminar (66 present) and practical courses content adapted with teaching method of cooperation (72 present). By the way, the theoretical courses content adapted with assessing method of writing and finally and continually quadruple (80 present), brief-answer (78 present), descriptive (77 present) and practical courses content with assessing method of practical (77 present). That is recommended, establishing committee for re-writing of this curriculum content, assessing needs and organizing of educational equipment and facilities.

This study aimed to identify interactive components affecting fans revisiting the selected websites of football clubs in Iranian Premier Football League. The research method from point of the nature was survey research and data were gathered through internet method. The statistical population consisted of the fans that were members of clubs website: Esteghlal, Perspolis, Tractorsazi, Damash & Sepahan (N=26000) in March and April months of the year 2012. The number of 325 participated in the research as the statistical sample. The internet questionnaire used to collect information. The face and content validity of the questionnaire from the perspective of sport management experts was confirmed and reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Cronbach's alpha and α=0.9 was determined. Single-sample t-test was used to analyze the research hypotheses. Findings showed interactive components such as opportunities to interact with manager or coaches, players and other fans on website, information feeds, special promotions tools and customization homepage and email have a significant impact on revisiting the websites of football clubs in Iranian Premier Football League. Understanding the needs of loyal fans is the key element to the success of any sport organization.

The purpose of this study was the influence of the word of mouth on consumer based brand equity creation in sport service. Method research was descriptive - correlational. The statistical population consisted of the Mojhaye Abi center consumers. For sampling, we selected 352 persons. For gathering data, four main questionnaires utilized: word of mouth questionnaire (Sweeney & Swait, 2008), brand perceived quality questionnaire (Henseler, Wilson & Westberg, 2011), brand associations & loyalty (Washburn & Plank, 2002) and Brand awareness (Keller, 2001), and the validity of questionnaires determined by experts and the reliability were α = 0.75, 0.79, 0.82, 0.80, 0.77, respectively. The overall, the regression results indicated that word of mouth did influence on brand equity dimensions. The results of this study show the importance and role of word of mouth on building a strong brand name. In order to increase the power of a brand, managers need to invest on the word of mouth.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning dimensions and organizational agility in Sport Science Research Institute. Research method was the type of correlation and the statistical population included of all employment of the Sport Science Research Institute in the year 1392. Due to the limited population, the statistical sample was considered as a whole. Research results indicated that the commitment management subscale for organizational learning and human resource management for organizational agility acquired the highest average in comparison with the other variables dimensions. Also, there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational learning and organizational agility. According to the linear relationship among variables and the assumption of errors independence from each other, predictor variables (organizational learning capabilities) revealed 58% changes in the rate of organizational agility. Totally, according to the findings of this research, it is recommended that the Officials and policymakers Sport Science Research Institute to pay special attention to the staff learning and provide creative and innovative ways to improve the structure and functioning of the organization In order to achieve have an agile organization.

The purpose of this paper was studying the problems of Iran soccer premier league's referees which were done in 5 areas including economic, security, cultural, educational and social areas. This is a descriptive study and carried out into the field research. The samples of this study were all of the Iran's 84 premier league referees. The relation test showed that there was no relation between referees age and their presence in premier league. But there was a positive and significant relation between referees’ presence in premier league and cultural problem. Interpretation of questionnaire showed that referees' problems in 4 aspects of economic, culture, security and education are serious, while referees social problems are not very serious. The results of this paper are same with some of the inside and outside research and we can say they have problems that if we solve the problem of premier league referees, as one the most important factor in each game, we will see better games in future. This research can provide valuable information for Federation Officials and Referees Department.

The purpose of this research was to the Comparison of dimensions of citizenship behavior in spectators’ equestrian club (Private) and volleyball (public) of volleyball super league and national championship course of Gonbad. The statistical population was all over 18 years old spectators who watching major sports in Gonbad sport facilities. Statistical samples based on the Morgan table were 384 for equestrian Spectators and 357 for volleyball Spectators. Data collection was done from a stratified random sampling method. The data was collect, Growth standard questionnaire (2005), that their validities were approved from 10 sport management Experts. Their reliabilities were test by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and they were respectively 0.89 for customer citizenship behavior questionnaires. Data analysis was done by analytical and descriptive statistical (Independent- samples T Test). The minimal level of significance was set at P<0/05. The results showed that there was a Significant difference between the presence of motivated spectators in the two clubs equestrian and volleyball (P<0/05). In all customer citizenship behavior aspects, equestrian club (private), compared to volleyball club (public) was better.

Nowadays, Organizations need to empowerment and creative staffs for overcoming their problems. So, the aim of this study was to the role of cognitive empowerment dimensions on creativity habits among Arak coaches. The research method was descriptive which was done in a widespread way. The statistical population included sport coaches of province Markazi (N= 485) that the statistical sample were selected on the basis Morgan table (n= 214). A questionnaire was used for gathering the information which included two sections of Aspiritzr's standard questionnaire to measure dimensions of cognitive empowerment(α= 0/87) and a questionnaire to measure components of creativity habits (α= 0/90). Independent t-test, Friedman and Spearman correlation testes were used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the correlation between cognitive empowerment and creativity habits was r= 0/612. There was meaningful difference between coaches' cognitive empowerment dimensions (χ2 = 96/873, P >0/05). Sense of right of choice, sense of competence, sense of effectiveness and a sense of meaningful job were ranked respectively from the first to the fourth one. The priority of components of coaches' creativity habits was determined with using the Friedman test (χ2= 51/354, P >0/05) that tolerance for ambiguity, listening to the inner voice, using lateral thinking were ranked respectively from the first to the third one. So, if organizations perform cognitive empowerment and Emphasis to its dimensions, those could hope to utilize benefits of people creativity.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational agility and organizational entrepreneurship in Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran from the view of its top managers. A.T Kearney institution believes that organizational agility indexes include leadership, culture and values, customer service, E-government, organizational change and performance management while from the view of Stevenson organizational entrepreneurship indexes include Strategic Orientation, Commitment to Opportunity, Resource Commitment Process, Concept of Control over Resources, Management Structure, Compensation Policy. Population includes all of the top managers at six deputies in Ministry of Sport and Youth in 2013 comprising of 340 people. Finally, it is confirmed that E-government has an incredible effect on agility in organization and entrepreneurship in sport of our country.

The purpose of the present study is to identify and prioritization of effective factors on ineffectiveness in Agriculture Ministry sport. The research method is descriptive and it is a type of survey. Target population included physical education experts in company and organizations of agriculture ministry, and was 82 subjects. Data collection is done by researcher-made questionnaire whose face and content validity is confirmed by experts and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α = 0.81). Freidman test was used to analyze the data. The result showed, average rank of factors on ineffectiveness in Agriculture Ministry Sport was policy and decision of government, procedure, mission and goals, information system, organization structure and planning. For development government employees and increase people participation in sport program, sport strategy in government employees should write according of challenges policy, procedure, mission and goals, information system, organization structure and planning.

Object of this study was examines the relationship between organizational climate and mental health Professional׳s ׳working in Department of Youth and Sports of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Statistical society, including all men and women experts in the Physical Education Organization (N=298), which 169 were selected based on Morgan's sample table and random sampling method. Instruments in the study were organizational climate standardized questionnaire and mental health standardized questionnaire. Questionnaire’s reliability was approved respectively, 91% and 97% By Cranach’s alpha. For data analysis descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used (KS, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression and Multivariate analysis of variance). The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between organizational climate and mental health Physical Education Organization experts. On other hand, multiple regression results showed that there is a multiple relationship between components of organizational climate and mental health. Also Satisfaction with rewards, clarity and agreement on the goal, respectively, are best predictors of the Physical Education Organization experts mental health. Generally, providing appropriate organizational climate particularly satisfaction with rewards and agreement on or the clarity of organizational objectives can somehow ensure the mental health of experts in Youth and Sports Ministry.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran. The study was a correlation type research that selected 370 experts and managers of sports organizations in Iran to answer technology information researcher-made and organizational learning questionnaire with Cornbach coefficient a=0/95 , a=0/92. For determining validity of form and content appropriateness, panel of specialists' viewpoints were used. Also, exploratory analysis and conformity analysis were used to determine the reliability of construct. In order to achieve statistical analyzing, the appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, multiple regressions) were applied. The results showed that there was a significant, mean and positive relationship between information technology and organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran (in ministry of Youth and Sports, sport federation and physical education headquarters of schools). Wholly, we concluded that through strengthening, expanding and applying information technology, one can developed and improved organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran.
