The purpose of this research was to study the various dimensions of service quality in sport tourism. The method applied in this research was descriptive – correlation. The sample was used included 136 tourists that participated at the first national conference on sport tourism development and management in Shahrood. Researcher-made questionnaire that comprised of 35 items about the quality of services in tourism was applied as research Instruments. The content and face validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by expert university panel. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α = 0.93). Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and equation structural model was used in order to analysis of data. Based on exploratory factor analysis by varimax rotation, 32 items placed in 4 factors, these factors include “quality of place”, “quality of conference”, “quality of availability” and “quality of tourism”. Total variance of these factors explained %53.82 variance of tourism services quality. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each of the 4 factors influence on the services quality, and the fit indexes confirmed the conceptual model that presented in this study. Accordingly, the “quality of conference” and the “quality of tourism” with efficacy coefficients 0.83 and 0.64 were the most and least effect on the services quality of tourism respectively. So recommended to conference organizer and tourism managers, to considering these factors next to each other in order to increase and/or improve the service quality. And also, to the quality of scientific content and planning of conferences be paid more attention.

The aim of this research is design a model for influence of water sport center's service quality on loyalty, customer satisfaction, perceived value and consumer behavior. The kind of research was survey and descriptive. Statistical population was water sport centers in IRAN those choice five biggest centers. Sampling method was classification random. The important measures for data gathering were questionnaire, interview, observation and library study. For data analyzing used of Structure Equation Modeling method with use of AMOS soft. Result showed that%56/7 of customers was male and%43/3 female. Family income in half of customers was until 10 million Rials and%50 had upper this. Value of NFI in model was 0/91, RFI 0/92, CFI 0/91, RMSEA 0/045 that all of them were in acceptable range and model was confirmed. Result showed service quality has significant influence on customer satisfaction, loyalty, perceived value and consumer behavior. The water sports center managers to influence positive behavior in customer should pay more attention to factors such as the attractiveness and suitability of equipment and physical environment, Proper timing of the center, the center's capacity to respond appropriately to customers and adhere to their commitments and to develop advertising and promotional activities.

The aim of this paper, the study of disciplines factors was in physical education classes in secondary schools. Population researches were physical education teachers in 90-1389 years. Total 348 (203males and 145 females) randomly selected and participated in this study. Questionnaires measuring instrument reliability through Cranach’s alpha was 0.91 respectively. Results showed that female physical education teachers who have BA degree Parental role, However, male teachers with a BA degree and Non-physical education majors The role of the school environment Help students understand the behavioral abnormalities. The results showed The domination of physical education teacher in the classroom, Teachers' lack of familiarity to sports skills training, Negative parental attitudes to physical education classes, Frequent parental disagreements and conflicts, and agree number of students in the classroom, and Inappropriate use during exercise, Behavioral abnormalities have an important role in the development of students in class.

Recent changes in business, also needs of human resources experts show that employees are always valuable properties for organizations. So the purpose of present study was to examine the relationship and role of management factors in retention of employees in ministry of sport and youth. Methodological surveying is correlation and has taken place in field. Population composed of all experts of the Ministry of sport and youth (N=300) that 169 persons were determined based on Morgan table. In this survey the researcher-made questionnaire of management factors (α=0/85) and retention employees questionnaire (α=0/95) have been used. Normality of data distribution and significance of hypotheses were measured by Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson Correlation, multivariate regression, Fridman Test and ANOVA. Results showed that management a factor was related significantly and positively to retention employees, retention employees explained a high variance in management factors. Especially, support staff by the manager had the strongest statistically significant effect on retention employees. According to the results, manager’s attention to staff, especially support staff will help the organization in achieving its goals. Also Employees participate in decision-making to make them become empowered and cause to their loyalty to the organizations.

The purpose of this study was designing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of The Role team identity in development of Dimension citizenship behavior spectators. The statistical population was all over 18 years old spectators who match to watch in Gonbad Volleyball House. Statistical samples based on the Morgan table were 375 Spectators. Data collection was done from a stratified random sampling method.
The data was collect, from Two questionnaires, Wann (2006) Team identity questionnaire, and Groth (2005) citizenship behavior questionnaire that their validities was approved from 10 sport management Experts. Their reliabilities were test by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and they were respectively 0.84 and 0.89 for Team identity and citizenship behavior questionnaires. . The SEM utilized for analyzing data. In examining relationships between variables, the output of the software AMOS 20 was representing the structural model fit. (The index rate were GFI = 0.92, AGFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.93 & RMSEA = 0.06). Overall, the results of the study are expected to team up with the identity component citizenship behavior them Creation the spectators.

Approaching to enter the university is essential to consider as a place for knowledge learning for community, youth and families development. It seems in this regard, considering the motivation of volunteers for entering the university is especially important. The aim of the present study was to analyze the motivating factors of volunteers to enter the field of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at university. Statistical population was all volunteers entering the field of P.E at university in 2011 from the three provinces of Khuzestan, Ilam and Lorestan of Iran (N= 1310 subjects). Sample size included 302 subjects using Table Krjsy and Morgan using random sampling. Data gathering tool was a questionnaire included 24 questions. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained 0.81 through Cronbach's test. Data analysis performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Results showed that the individual factors, social and occupational factors are the most important motivating factors for volunteers to enter the field of physical education and sports science in university. There were significant differences between the perception of male and female volunteers in individual factors but no significant difference were found between the social and occupational factors between male and females perception. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that considering motivation of volunteers for entering the University is essential. Because it can be increase the effectiveness and efficiency of students in the future through regarding these factors.

In present research was tried to analyze and compare the degree of Iran’s cutie’s development from approach of attraction factors of foreign sport tourists that for accessing to this objective was selected five cities Tehran, Isfahan, Kish, Mashhad& Urmia (as the cities hosting the major international sports competitions in Iran) for sample. After gathering the factors attracting the foreign sports tourists from the valid scientific resources and through the interviews with prominent professors in sports, they were categorized in four groups: 1) Infrastructural factors, 2) Social and cultural factors, 3) Managerial and organizational and 4) Natural and non-natural attractions. Considering these factors, a questionnaire containing 19 questions was designed based on Likert scale and offered to 32 subjects from the sample in each of the studied cities (total 160 people). The resulted data from the questionnaires were analyzed by Numerical Taxonomy method and the final results showed that considering managerial and organizational factors, Mashhad; natural and non-natural attractions, Isfahan; and considering infrastructural factors and Social and cultural factors and also all factors, Kish have the more suitable conditions in attracting the foreign sports tourists in compare with other cities. Of other important results from this study was the lack of adequate infrastructure for sport in all studied cities, and solving this problem can be considered as the most important step in developing sports tourism in Iran.

Healthy and supportive climate enhances the trust and spirit of individuals in the organization and leads to more efficiency, which is an important factor in creating organizational effectiveness. Therefore, the aim of the present research is to study the relationship between organizational health and organizational commitment and perceived organizational support. To do this survey, 104 employees were randomly selected from the total population of administration of sport and youth in KhorasanRazavi province .To collect the data, the study used three standardized questionnaires: Mile’s organizational health questionnaire (1969), Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment questionnaire (1993) and Eisenberger’s perceived organizational support questionnaire (1986). The data were analyzed via SPSS16. The results show that: there is a positive significant correlation between organizational health and organizational commitment. Organizational commitment’s components (affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment) also have a positive significant relationship with organizational health. There is also a positive significant relationship between organizational health and perceived organizational support. Perceived organizational support and emotional commitment are the best predictors for the organizational health

The aim of this study is investigation of relationship between the psychological empowerment factors (meaningfulness, competency, self- determining, Impact and trust) and entrepreneurship in teacher of Physical Education in university. 64 from physical Education teachers was selected among participants in scientific development volleyball. The study approach in this investigation was descriptive correlation. Spritzer questionnaire a (18 question) and to gather information about empowerment, samadaghaee questionnaire were use (α Cronbakh, 0/85). Statistical test of Pierson were used. The results show that four elements are not directly dealing with psychological empowerment factors and entrepreneurship(r=0/14, r= -0/12, r= 0/14, r= 0/16) but there in meaningful relation between trust and entrepreneurship organization (r= 0/71). So maybe the concept of barriers to entrepreneurship in universities unknown and lack of development in the enterprise university.

Research findings.یافتهRes showed that managers of emotional intelligence has a significant relationship with managers of leadership style, managers of emotional intelligence has a significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment, managers of leadership style has a significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment, managers of emotional intelligence has an indirect significant relationship with personnel of organizational commitment by moderating of leadership style. Also their relationship model has desirable goodness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Coaches Base of Power and player's Sport Commitment among Female Handball Players of pro League in Iran. The study is based on the descriptive correlation survey. The population of this study is constituted the entire Female Handball Players of pro League in Iran. According to Morgan sample size, 108 players were the participants. For data collection purposes, Demographic Questionnaire, Power in sport Questionnaire-Other (PSQ-O), and Sport Commitment Questionnaire were used. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (K-S, correlation, and multiple regressions). Results show a significant relationship between the five-part Coaches’ Base of Power and the players’ Sport Commitment (p<0.05). As well, partial coefficient correlation showed that the moderating variables of age and background influence greatly on the relationship between Coaches’ Base of Power and the players’ Sport Commitment(p<0.05). Finally, regression analysis showed that the players’ perception of Coaches’ Base of Power accounts for more than 27 percent of the sport commitment variance.
